Translation and Delivery

  1. Entering an order is simple:  simply identify who you are, select the languages you want in translation, then upload the source (original) document(s).  The upload instructions to follow will be clear.
  2. Do not enter any financial information now - that is only needed when payment is made online.  Consumer Translations does not wish to receive your personal financial data.
  3. When your order is submitted, we will respond with an e-mail confirming the order.  Later you will receive an invoice with project pricing, to be pre-paid via secure online payment or wire transfer. Once payment is made, the project will be started and translations immediately made available online.
  4. If there are questions or changes to be made, e-mail us at billing@consumertranslations.com.
  5. We will send you graphic hyperlinks upon receipt of payment, for immediate insertion into your mailing or source-language document.  Prior to translation posting, dummy files will be shown at each URL for testing purposes.  
  6. The Consumer Translations logo is also an active hyperlink, linking to a  Language Selection Page listing all translations.  Readers then click on their desired translation and access it instantly.  Use the logo alone when your email would be overcrowded with too many hyperlinks.
  7. Web-posted materials will remain online for one year. Time extensions can be ordered for $10 per year.  Contact us at posting-time-extension@ConsumerTranslations.com, or simply wait for us to contact you before your posting time expires.
